Returns Policy
In addition to the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For International orders (any order for delivery outside of the UK), you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn and including any packaging and tags. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Please use a recorded service / signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. Be sure to keep the "proof of postage". If the item is lost in transit, you will need this to claim your loss back from your courier.
