élanise has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, some errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and sizes given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, élanise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. élanise shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Delays
Occasionally, the despatch of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as postal strikes, lack of stock, security checks etc. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Payment terms
All items must be paid in full before the despatch of goods. If for any reason the account is not settled via post, telephone or Internet, élanise reserve the right to demand return of goods unworn and complete with original labels or seek further legal alternatives.
Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of élanise or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our right to cancel orders
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then we may cancel the order. To prevent this happening, always take care when entering your address into the payment system and always use your billing address as it appears on your statement. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the rightful owner of the credit/debit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order and credit you immediately.
